Job summary

Britbet, a racing betting partnership, is hiring Customer Service Assistants to work with our betting team at racecourses across the country. You would choose your local racecourse as your home course and join regional teams serving guests in public, restaurant and hospitality areas.

We offer full paid training, a path to advance into more interesting roles on course, and competitive hourly pay with holiday entitlement.

We are looking for Customer Service Assistants to work with us in our betting team at our Racecourses across the country. You would be working in the public, restaurant and hospitality areas across some of our 58 racecourses around the UK. When you apply you will be able to chose your most local racecourse as your 'home course' and see the regional team it is a part of. One of our team will reach out to you to discuss to role and your local team requirements.

Pay Rate

• CSA - £12.90 + holiday pay 13.3% = £14.61 per hour
• Courier - £14.05 + holiday pay 13.3% = £15.91 per hour
• The same rate for all ages 18+
• Monthly pay
