A prominent healthcare institution in London seeks a Deputy Director of R&D to provide leadership and expertise in research operations and governance. The role involves enhancing collaboration across R&D teams, ensuring compliance with research regulations, and fostering engagement among staff and patients. The ideal candidate will be pivotal in driving research initiatives and sustainable healthcare practices within the organisation.
The Deputy Director of R&D is a leading member of the R&D Senior Management Team and will provide credible, effective and visible senior leadership of R&D through technical knowledge and expertise of research operations, research governance and research workforce development. The post holder will also be a key member of the KCH R&D Leadership team.
