Qualifications

• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or similar.
• Proven experience managing project budgets from £5m to £10m.
• Experience working with a Civil Engineering, Groundwork or RC Frame subcontractor.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to work with a top 5 industry leader within RC Frame and Groundworks on major projects within reinforced concrete structures supporting the successful delivery of high-profile Civil schemes. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of cost control, contract administration, and commercial reporting throughout the lifecycle of the project. You’ll play a key part in ensuring value for money, maintaining budgetary control, and driving profitability—while working closely with project teams, subcontractors, and clients.

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or similar
• Previous experience in working with a Civil Engineering, Groundwork or RC Frame subcontractor.
• Proven experience managing project budgets from £5m – £10m

REWARDS AND BENEFITS

Salary range of £60,000 – £80,000 per annum.
