Job summary

Dudley Council is seeking a Quantity Surveyor / Project Manager to join the Corporate Landlord Services team in Dudley. The role focuses on managing and delivering construction projects from concept through to completion, working alongside architects and engineers to ensure high standards across education, leisure and regeneration projects.

The position is based at the Council House with a hybrid working pattern and a commitment to diversity.

From: £42,839.00 To: £46,142.00

A great opportunity for an experienced Quantity Surveyor /Project manager to join our multi-disciplinary property development, design and project management team working on a wide range of exciting building projects for our corporate partners in education, leisure and regeneration settings within Dudley Metropolitan Borough Council.

Working in the Corporate Landlord Services team you will be part of a developing QS and Project Management team working alongside a team of experienced architects and engineers.

Roles and responsibilities will focus on managing and co-ordinating the development and delivery of construction projects from initial scheme conception through to completion. However, as part of a developing team striving for excellence you will have an opportunity to contribute your ideas and energy in wider team and service growth.

Based predominantly at the recently refurbished main Council House building in Dudley, Corporate Landlord Services operates a hybrid model of working with opportunities for agile working.
