Qualifications

• Experience as Quantity Surveyor / Project Manager in construction projects.
• Ability to manage and coordinate development and delivery from conception to completion.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid working model with in-office days.

Responsibilities

• Managing and coordinating the development and delivery of construction projects from initial scheme conception through to completion.
• Contributing ideas and energy to wider team and service growth.
• Collaborating with architects and engineers within Corporate Landlord Services.
