Job summary

Dudley Council is seeking a Quantity Surveyor / Project Manager to join the Corporate Landlord Services team in Dudley. The role focuses on managing and delivering construction projects from concept through to completion, working alongside architects and engineers to ensure high standards across education, leisure and regeneration projects.

The position is based at the Council House with a hybrid working pattern and a commitment to diversity.

Responsibilities

• Manage and co-ordinate the development and delivery of construction projects from initial scheme conception through to completion.
• Work with a team of architects and engineers to drive project success.
• Contribute ideas for team and service growth within Corporate Landlord Services.
