Dudley Metropolitan Borough Council is seeking a qualified Quantity Surveyor / Project Manager to join our multi-disciplinary property development, design and project management team on a range of building projects in education, leisure and regeneration settings.
Based in Dudley and operating a hybrid model, the role involves managing development from conception to completion, coordinating with architects and engineers, and contributing ideas to service growth.

A great opportunity for an experienced Quantity Surveyor /Project manager to join our multi-disciplinary property development, design and project management team working on a wide range of exciting building projects for our corporate partners in education, leisure and regeneration settings within Dudley Metropolitan Borough Council.
Working in the Corporate Landlord Services team you will be part of a developing QS and Project Management team working alongside a team of experienced architects and engineers.
Roles and responsibilities will focus on managing and co-ordinating the development and delivery of construction projects from initial scheme conception through to completion. However, as part of a developing team striving for excellence you will have an opportunity to contribute your ideas and energy in wider team and service growth.
Based predominantly at the recently refurbished main Council House building in Dudley, Corporate Landlord Services operates a hybrid model of working with opportunities for agile working.
Workplace Attendance: Working in the office 3+ days a week (pro-rata) or Onsite full time
