The Role: Quantity Surveyor – M&E

• Manage all cost aspects of M&E projects and wider construction schemes
• Prepare tender submissions, cost plans, valuations, and final accounts
• Control budgets and monitor project profitability
• Provide accurate commercial reports and advice to stakeholders
• Support contract negotiations and procurement strategies
• Work closely with clients, contractors, and project teams to ensure successful delivery

What We’re Looking For:

Essential:

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor with strong M&E background
• Degree (or equivalent) in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management
• Experience pricing general build projects
• Strong commercial awareness and cost control expertise
• Proficient in MS Excel and measurement software
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and reporting skills
• Full UK driving licence

Desirable:

• Experience working with local authorities, housing associations, or public sector clients
