Job summary

Aureos is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join our Birmingham office. You will support the Commercial Manager and contract delivery teams to ensure profitability, cash flow and accurate reporting on schemes.

The role involves inputting into pricing, variations, sub-contract management and monthly performance reporting, with opportunities for growth and professional development. A driving licence is required and NEC experience is desirable.

Qualifications

• Degree-level education or HND/HNC required or equivalent.
• NEC experience and post-degree construction experience preferred.
• Driving license and understanding of contract conditions advantageous.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Support commercial team to ensure profitability and cash management.
• Input into application/credit control processes and forecasting data.
• Understand change control, CVRs and cost management.
• Manage sub-contract cycle input and assist with monthly financial reports.
• Attend progress meetings and help with site records and budgets.
