Job summary

Aureos in Bathgate is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join our team and contribute to delivering profitable project outcomes. You will support the Commercial Manager, manage cost reporting, forecasting, and subcontract administration.

You should have degree or HND/HNC, NEC experience, and working towards a professional qualification. A driving licence and proficiency in Excel are desirable. On-site parking available and generous benefits.

Qualifications

• NEC experience across contracts and项目 commercial reporting would be an advantage.
• Driving licence is desirable for site access and travel.
• Knowledge to interpret construction industry contracts is required.
• Post-degree experience in commercial roles is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Assist with cost control and forecasting for schemes.
• Support commercial reporting and contract delivery teams.
• Input into cost to complete, budget reviews and KPI tracking.
• Prepare monthly financial performance reports.
• Assist with subcontract administration and documentation.
