Job summary

Aureos in Birmingham is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our Commercial team. The role focuses on delivering exceptional commercial results, managing applications for payment, cost forecasting and project reporting to support profitable contract delivery.

You will report to the Regional Commercial Manager and work with contract delivery teams to ensure profitability, cash management and accurate reporting across schemes.

Qualifications

• Degree education or HND/HNC equivalent.
• Substantial experience in contracting commercial department.
• Experience in HV/LV infrastructure projects; DNOs/Private Networks experience desirable.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Assist the commercial team with profitability, cash management and reporting.
• Manage applications for payment and change control processes.
• Coordinate cost forecasting and budgeting with project teams.
• Provide commercial advice to Project Team and manage subcontract lifecycle.
