Job summary

Aureos is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join our Andover office. You will support the commercial team in ensuring profitability, cash management and accurate reporting across schemes.

The role reports to the Commercial Manager and involves cost control, forecasting, sub‑contract management and data upload in line with business requirements. The successful candidate will contribute to accurate monthly performance reports, CVR production and change control, while developing through exposure to

Qualifications

• Degree educated or HND/HNC equivalent.
• NEC Experience required.
• Working towards Professional Qualification.
• Driving license required.
• Post-degree experience in construction commercial environment preferred.
• Knowledge of construction industry contract conditions and MS Excel proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Input into application and credit control processes and pricing of variations.
• Understand income forecast, price variations and change control processes.
• Produce CVRs, forecast data and costings; manage sub-contract cycle input.
• Assist with cost-to-complete reviews and cost tracking with contract teams.
• Upload documentation and maintain site records and reporting.
• Attend progress meetings and support monthly financial performance reports.
