Job summary

Aureos are seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join our Andover office. You will support the commercial team in delivering profitable projects, controlling costs and providing accurate reporting.

Reporting to the Commercial Manager, you will engage with contract delivery teams and assist with pricing variations, CVRs and forecasting. The ideal candidate will have NEC experience, a relevant degree or HND/HNC, and be proficient with Excel.

Qualifications

• Degree educated or HND/HNC equivalent.
• NEC Experience required or preferred.
• Working towards Professional Qualification is desirable.
• Driving licence required.

Responsibilities

• Input into the application and credit control processes.
• Understand income forecast and pricing of variations.
• Understand change control systems and CVRs.
• Assist with monthly financial and cost-to-complete reviews.
• Attend project progress meetings and support sub-contract management.
