Quantity Surveyor

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a successful team working on a landmark RC frame development in London.

The Role

As Quantity Surveyor, you will assist with financial and contractual aspects. This is a high-profile, multi-year project offering long-term stability and the opportunity to deliver a significant London development.

Reporting into a Commercial Manager, you will be part of a team, assisting with cost management, procurement, contract administration, and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with commercial aspects of the development, ensuring profitability and risk are effectively managed
• Be part of a high-performing commercial team
• Assist with procurement strategy and subcontractor management
• Work closely with project management, technical, and operational teams
• Assist with the production of cost reports, forecasts, and valuations
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements and company procedures

About You

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor on large-scale RC frame developments
• Strong commercial skills
• Solid understanding of UK construction contracts and procurement routesExcellent financial acumen and negotiation skills
