Job summary

Your Housing Group is recruiting a Quality & Performance Officer to produce regular performance reports, maintain monitoring controls and drive service improvements across our housing and related services for older people.

Based in a homebased role in the North West, you will attend Warrington head office a few times monthly; core hours 9-5 with some outside-hours as required, and you will line manage Administrators while supporting ICT projects.

Qualifications

• Understanding IT systems including Office 365 and Dynamics CRM.
• Excellent data analytic and problem-solving skills.
• The ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
• Collaborative team player.
• Knowledge of housing management and regulatory framework.

Responsibilities

• Produce regular performance reports and maintain monitoring and control framework.
• Present reports in meetings and drive performance improvements.
• Support ICT projects by implementing new systems to improve performance.
• Line manage Administrators and liaise with stakeholders to resolve quality issues.
