Job summary

London and Quadrant Housing Trust is seeking a Development Support Manager to lead performance reporting for our New Homes teams. The role is hybrid, with 37.5 hours per week and reporting offices in Stratford London or Manchester.

You will ensure accurate, robust reporting to support the division's business plan and drive data-led decisions. You will report to the Head of Performance and Policy and collaborate with Growth, Delivery, Sales and Marketing to turn data into practical

Qualifications

• Experience leading reporting and analysis for housing or similarly complex environments.
• Ability to translate data into actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders.
• Proven track record in collaborative working across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality performance reporting for New Homes teams.
• Manage sharing of division performance data with operational managers.
• Collaborate with Head of Performance & Policy and Director to improve reporting.
• Track best practices and advise on practical improvements.
• Contribute to budgeting controls and divisional business planning.
• Ensure governance, health & safety and risk controls are maintained.
