Elix Sourcing Solutions in Telford is seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead the quality function in a precision metal manufacturing environment. You will own the QMS, drive continuous improvement and ensure ISO 9001 and IATF16949 compliance across the site.

The role includes developing the quality team, coordinating audits, managing non-conformances and corrective actions, and delivering KPI reporting. Flexible hours, funded training, and a health care cash plan are available.

Monday - Thursday: 7:30am - 5pm / Friday: 7:30am - 11:30am
