Job summary

Elix Sourcing Solutions is seeking a hands-on Quality Manager for a manufacturing environment. You will own the Quality Management System, drive continuous improvements, and lead a small team to ensure quality across processes and products.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Quality Manager in manufacturing or precision engineering.
• Strong understanding of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949.
• Experience managing audits and corrective actions.
• Background in continuous improvement projects.

Responsibilities

• Own the Quality Management System and drive improvements across the business.
• Lead and develop the Quality team (2 direct reports).
• Oversee internal/external audits, non-conformances and corrective actions.
• Manage calibration, document control, and Quality KPI reporting.
• Pursue funded training and professional development opportunities.

Monday - Thursday: 7:30am - 5pm / Friday: 7:30am - 11:30am
