Job summary

Solutions Limited in Shrewsbury area is seeking a hands-on Quality Manager for a precision metal components manufacturer. You will own the Quality Management System, drive improvements and work closely with a small, established team.

You will manage audits, non-conformances, calibration and KPI reporting while supporting funded training and professional development. The role offers a flexible, hands-on environment with a people-focused culture.

Qualifications

• Experience as Quality Manager, including leading a team and overseeing quality processes.
• Strong background in manufacturing, metal manufacturing or precision engineering.
• Good understanding of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949.
• Experience managing audits, non-conformances and improvement projects.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the Quality Management System and drive continuous improvement across the business.
• Manage and develop the Quality team, including two direct reports.
• Oversee internal and external audits, non-conformances, corrective actions and customer quality requirements.
• Manage calibration, document control and Quality KPI reporting.
• Funded training and professional development opportunities.

£35,000 – £45,000 + Health Care Cash Plan + Funded Training + Early Friday Finish

Monday – Thursday: 7:30am – 5pm / Friday: 7:30am – 11:30am

Telford – Commutable from Shrewsbury, Newport, Bridgnorth, Market Drayton, Wolverhampton, Stafford
