Job summary

Prince Personnel Limited are recruiting on behalf of a well-established manufacturing business seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead the quality function at their site in Telford. Reporting to the Operations Director, you will own the QMS, drive audits, manage customer quality requirements and lead a small quality team, delivering continuous improvement across manufacturing operations.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a Quality Manager, Quality Assurance Manager, Quality & Compliance Manager or similar leadership role
  • Experience within a manufacturing environment
  • Strong experience managing Quality Management Systems
  • Experience leading internal, external and customer audits
  • Good understanding of quality standards, compliance processes and continuous improvement methodologies
  • Proven experience managing customer complaints, non-conformances and corrective action processes
  • Strong root cause analysis and problem-solving skills
  • Previous people management experience with the ability to lead, mentor and develop teams
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience of BRC standards would be advantageous but is not essential

  • Managing and continuously improving the site's Quality Management Systems (QMS)
  • Leading internal and external audits and ensuring ongoing compliance with relevant standards and customer requirements
  • Managing customer complaints and ensuring effective investigations and resolutions are completed
  • Overseeing internal and external non-conformance processes
  • Conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective and preventive actions
  • Identifying quality and compliance risks and driving improvement initiatives
  • Developing, implementing and maintaining quality procedures, systems and documentation
  • Leading, coaching and developing a small Quality team
  • Supporting continuous improvement projects across manufacturing operations

Are you an experienced Quality Manager looking for your next challenge within a fast-paced manufacturing environment?

We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established and successful manufacturing business that is seeking an experienced quality professional to lead and develop its Quality function. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing organisation where quality, compliance and continuous improvement are central to its ongoing success.

Reporting to the Operations Director, you will take ownership of the site's Quality Management Systems, lead internal and external audits, manage customer quality requirements, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the business. You will also be responsible for leading a small quality team and ensuring that quality standards remain at the forefront of operations.

The Quality Manager will be responsible for:
