A major civil engineering contractor is seeking a Quality Assurance Coordinator in London to manage quality processes on infrastructure projects. This hybrid role requires 4-8 years in a similar position, strong project delivery experience, and the ability to mentor project teams. The annual salary ranges from £33,000 to £42,000, and the position has potential to become permanent.
Are you a Quality Assurance Coordinator with experience working on civil engineering or infrastructure projects? Do you have experience writing and supporting project quality plans?
Location: London (Stratford and Waterloo) + hybrid working (2 days in office per week) with occasional travel to other offices
Salary: £33,000 - £42,000 + car allowance
This is a 12‑month fixed‑term contract to cover maternity leave. However, with a consistently growing workload and long‑term projects, there is strong potential for the role to become permanent for the right person who demonstrates ownership and makes the position their own.
My client is a major civil engineering contractor with a huge presence in the infrastructure industry, and due to continued growth they are looking to add a Quality Assurance Coordinator to their team to work on a number of station upgrade and electrification projects in London and the North West & Central regions. You will be supporting the Framework Engineering Lead and project teams across multiple frameworks, coordinating project documents and ensuring a seamless transition from design to construction.
This role is ideal for someone who is not only technically proficient but also a natural coach, capable of mentoring teams and confidently guiding project managers to achieve the highest standards.
