Job summary

Remedy Recruitment Group is seeking an experienced English Teacher with SEN and SEMH experience to join an intimate team at an SEN school in Epping. You will plan engaging lessons, support pupils aged 11-18, and adapt content to meet diverse needs in a nurturing environment.

Qualified teachers with QTS and PGCE or equivalent, strong classroom management, and DBS clearance are required. You will collaborate with SEN staff, therapists and school teams, and contribute to pupil progress and behavior

Qualifications

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is required.
• PGCE or equivalent teacher training is required.
• Experience in SEN education, secondary preferred.
• Strong classroom management is essential.
• Patient, resilient, adaptable approach.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
• Enhanced DBS check or willingness to obtain one.

I am looking for an experienced English Teacher who has extensive SEN and SEMH experience to join an intimate team of teachers within an SEN school in Epping.

This is a rewarding opportunity to support children and young people with additional and complex needs. You will help them learn, build confidence and achieve their fullest potential. This is a rewarding role in which you will gain a lot of hands on experience

• Monitor, assess and report on pupil progress in line with school expectations.
• Support positive behavior management across the classroom.

Candidates Requirements:
