Job summary

Remedy Education in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced SEN English Teacher to support students aged 11–18 with additional and complex needs in an SEN school in Epping.

You will plan engaging lessons, adapt curriculum to diverse needs, and work with a multidisciplinary team to monitor progress and behaviour. The role is full-time with standard hours 8:30am-4:30pm and immediate interviews.

Qualifications

• QTS required.
• PGCE or Equivalent training required.
• Experience in SEN education (Secondary preferred).
• Strong classroom management.
• Patient, resilient and adaptable.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).

Working Hours: 8:30 am - 4:30pm

Start Date: After October Half Term

Role Overview:

I am looking for an experienced English Teacher who has extensive SEN and SEMH experience to join an intimate team of teachers within an SEN school in Epping.

This is a rewarding opportunity to support children and young people with additional and complex needs. You will help them learn, build confidence and achieve their fullest potential. This is a rewarding role in which you will gain a lot of hands on experience
