Job summary

Remedy Recruitment Group is seeking an experienced English Teacher with extensive SEN and SEMH experience to join a dedicated SEN school in Epping.

You will plan and deliver engaging lessons for pupils aged 11-18 with diverse needs, working within a multidisciplinary team to monitor progress and support positive behavior. Immediate interviews and potential long-term permanency are on offer.

Qualifications

• QTS required.
• PGCE or equivalent training.
• Experience in SEN education (Secondary preferred).
• Strong classroom management.
• Patient, resilient, adaptable approach.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).

• Monitor, assess and report on pupil progress in line with school expectations.
• Support positive behavior management across the classroom.

I am looking for an experienced English Teacher who has extensive SEN and SEMH experience to join an intimate team of teachers within an SEN school in Epping.

This is a rewarding opportunity to support children and young people with additional and complex needs. You will help them learn, build confidence and achieve their fullest potential. This is a rewarding role in which you will gain a lot of hands on experience
