Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Banbury is seeking a QRA Officer to support a regulated life sciences environment. You will ensure GDP compliance, guide operational teams, and manage audits and investigations to deliver quality and compliance across the site.

The role requires knowledge of GDP/GMP, strong communication, and data extraction skills, with day-time, Monday to Friday shift patterns. On-site parking and a comprehensive benefits package are available.

Shift patterns: Monday-Friday. Day time hours (08:00-16:00/09:00-17:00)
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)

Join DHL's Life Sciences & Healthcare operation in Banbury as a QRA Officer, where you'll play a vital role in supporting a highly regulated, fast-paced healthcare environment. Working at the heart of a quality-focused operation, you'll help ensure compliance, accuracy, and efficiency across key administrative processes while contributing to the safe and timely delivery of essential healthcare products that make a real difference to people's lives

A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

• Ensure full compliance with EU/UK GDP regulations, championing patient safety and maintaining the highest quality standards across all site operations


• Provide expert quality and regulatory guidance to operational teams, fostering a strong Quality First culture and driving right-first-time performance


• Build and maintain effective relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders, acting as a key point of contact for quality and compliance matters


• Lead and support internal, supplier, and compliance audits, ensuring regulatory requirements are met and improvement opportunities are identified


• Manage and support investigations relating to deviations, complaints, CAPAs, and remedial actions, ensuring timely resolution and effective communication with clients


• Monitor, analyse, and report on quality performance metrics and KPIs, driving continuous improvement initiatives and promoting operational excellence


• Deliver and support quality training programmes, raising GDP awareness and ensuring colleagues have the knowledge and tools required to achieve compliance and customer expectations

THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO

• Previous experience in QA Pharmaceutical and Logistics is essential


• Experience in Medical Devices, Cold Chain, Validation, Transportation and Packaging is desirable


• Knowledge of GDP and GMP (regulated environment/operations) would be preferred


• Excellent communication skills - Verbal and written


• Strong data extraction skills


• Driven, motivated, results and goal orientated


• Possesses a sense of urgency and knows when to escape
