Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking an organized Operations Support Specialist to assist day-to-day transport operations in Rugby. You will manage bookings, prepare reports in Excel, and ensure transport plans are accurate and delivered on time.

Shift patterns: Rotational - 08:00 - 16:00 and 09:00 - 17:00

We're looking for a highly organised Operations Support Specialist to support the day-to-day transport operation, ensuring bookings, reporting, and transport plans are managed accurately and delivered on time.

A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

• Creating and maintaining booking schedules and transport spreadsheets.

• Cross-checking Transport Management System (TMS) information against transport plans to ensure accuracy.
