Job summary

A leading cleaning services provider in Dartford is seeking a QHSE Compliance Manager to oversee quality, health & safety, and environmental compliance for new contracts. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in QHSE within the cleaning industry and will be responsible for ensuring all documentation and training are in order. This is a fixed-term contract role with a salary of £50,000 and is expected to last for three months.

Qualifications

• Strong working knowledge of QHSE in cleaning and facilities management.
• Experience in contract mobilisation or supporting operational transitions.
• Demonstrable experience conducting audits, inspections, and risk assessments.
• Knowledge of COSHH and H&S legislation.
• Ability to produce high-quality reports and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all H&S requirements for mobilisation are met.
• Conduct site inspections to assess hazards and safety compliance.
• Develop and implement mobilisation quality plan aligned with KPIs.
• Produce compliance reports, risk logs, and audit findings.
• Support mobilisation training for operatives.

Skills

Strong working knowledge of QHSE

Communication and stakeholder management skills

Experience in contract mobilisation

Experience in conducting audits and inspections

Ability to produce high-quality reports

Confident working across multiple sites

Education

NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent
