Job summary

GAP Hire Solutions, via the GAP Pump & Power Services Division, is seeking an Administrator to support nationwide operations from a busy depot. The role offers a learning environment to develop technical and commercial knowledge within a growing business.

You will handle, quote, and coordinate customer enquiries, working closely with Operations and Sales teams to ensure smooth service delivery and accurate record-keeping for long-term growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in a high-volume administration role.
• Experience maintaining accurate records using Smart Office is desirable.
• Customer-focused approach with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow business from existing GAP customers while securing new customers to help meet targets.
• Manage pump enquiries with technical expertise and verify customer requirements.
• Support acquisition of new work by delivering cost-effective pumping solutions.
• Prepare detailed and accurate quotations in a timely manner.
• Liaise with Operations and Sales for seamless service delivery.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships via phone, email, and written correspondence.
• Update the division's sales pipeline and enquiry log to support growth.
