Job summary

GAP Group is seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join the Pumps & Power Services division. You will be the first point of contact at our depots, handling hire desk administration, orders, stock levels and bespoke pump solutions.

You will work closely with sales and workshop teams to ensure customer needs are met and issues resolved promptly. The role offers a fast-paced environment with opportunities for growth within GAP Group, along with a competitive benefits package and ongoing

Qualifications

Previous experience in a high-volume hire desk is desirable; full training provided.
Excellent customer service skills.
Strong communicator with organisational skills and attention to detail.
Proficient in MS Office including Outlook and Excel.
Team player who can work on own initiative.

Responsibilities

Process hire desk administration, handling customer and supplier queries.
Manage a variety of small and national account orders in a fast-paced environment.
Ensure stock levels meet demand and maximise sales opportunities.
Collaborate with sales and workshop teams to deliver bespoke pump solutions.
Resolve customer complaints and supplier issues efficiently.
