Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong electrical and mechanical experience is required.
• Knowledge of pumps is advantageous.
• Previous supervisory experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Carry out hands-on pump repair work both in the workshop and on-site.
• Complete full strip-and-report processes through to final testing.
• Assemble pump sets and support installation work.
• Conduct site surveys and customer visits to fault-find systems.
• Assist with preparing accurate costings for quotations.
• Support decision-making on pump repair versus replacement.
• Provide day-to-day supervision of service engineers.
• Manage workload scheduling and maintain a strong Health & Safety culture.
