• Provide guidance to staff, manage attendance, and support the Operations Manager to meet operational needs and budget.
• Develop relationships with key stakeholders, including the judiciary, to support decision making and service delivery.
• Ensure performance outcomes are met and the team is resourced and trained effectively to meet business demands.
