Total Plumbing is seeking a commercially driven Public Sector Manager in Ammanford to drive growth with local authorities, NHS bodies, and education providers. You will secure opportunities through frameworks and tender processes, building lasting relationships and managing key accounts across the public sector.

Based at Head Office in Ammanford, the role emphasizes strategic account planning, bid coordination, and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new public sector opportunities through procurement portals, frameworks, and tender opportunities.
• Build and develop strong relationships with local authorities, housing associations, NHS organisations, education providers, emergency services, and other public sector bodies.
• Manage and retain existing framework agreements while supporting future re-tender opportunities.
• Coordinate tender submissions and work closely with internal departments to ensure successful bid outcomes.
• Develop strategic account plans to maximise sales growth and profitability.
• Create and manage a strong pipeline of opportunities, tracking progress and forecasting future business.
• Attend customer meetings, industry events, supplier visits, and trade shows when required.
• Analyse performance, monitor KPIs, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Support the growth of the Public Sector Department as a key point of contact for customers and stakeholders.
