ReDefined Futures is seeking a high‑impact Public Sector Growth Director to build strategy and a national team from the ground up, shaping growth across healthcare, education, government and related sectors. You will establish senior relationships, coordinate cross‑disciplinary pursuits, and present progress to a board‑level steering group.
Location UK‑wide with flexible working; a competitive, tailored package awaits.
This is a high-impact opportunity to become the first Public Sector Growth Director for a respected, partner-led UK building-services consultancy.
The organisation already has substantial public-sector experience, strong technical capability, established client relationships and access to a range of procurement frameworks. Its work spans healthcare, education, central and local government, custodial and judicial environments.
The foundations are firmly in place. The opportunity now is to bring greater strategic focus, commercial coordination and national leadership to the way public-sector growth is developed across the Partnership.
This is a newly created leadership role with the freedom to shape the strategy, function and team. You will build on an established platform while gaining meaningful influence across the wider Partnership.
You will identify and shape opportunities before formal procurement, build senior relationships and coordinate the Partnership’s public-sector growth activity nationally.
We are looking for an established public-sector growth leader who can combine strategic thinking with the drive and credibility to create opportunities personally.
Direct building-services experience would be valuable, but it is not the only credible route. Candidates from adjacent built-environment, technical-services, FM or major-contractor backgrounds will also be considered if they bring relevant public-sector relationships and transferable commercial expertise.
Package: Competitive and tailored to the right person
Location: UK-wide with flexible working
Reporting to: Board-level Public Sector Steering Group
Opportunity: Build the strategy, function and team
