Job summary

Databricks is seeking an Account Executive to own and grow strategic UK government accounts, translating priorities into measurable outcomes and sustainable growth. You will expand the existing portfolio, build a territory plan, and engage with senior stakeholders across agencies.

Proven quota attainment selling into public sector.
Ability to build a territory go-to-market from first principles.
Experience managing an account portfolio through transitions.
Knowledge of UK government structures and procurement.
Experience selling cloud software and data platforms.

Responsibilities

Take ownership of an existing portfolio of strategic government accounts and expand usage.
Build and execute a go-to-market plan for the territory.
Identify and pursue net-new opportunities across departments.
Translate national priorities into Data & AI value propositions.
Map buying centers, build champions, and accelerate decisions.
Run a consumption-led sales motion to grow usage over time.
Coordinate cross-functional and partner resources to maximise impact.
Represent Databricks credibly with senior government stakeholders.
