You will deliver immaculate cleanliness, assist with room preparation, and restock as needed to ensure guests have everything for a perfect stay.

Responsibilities

• Prioritise areas according to usage times.
• Report faults to supervisor or maintenance.
• Deliver and maintain highest cleanliness and presentation standards.
• Restock items in public areas and bathrooms so guests have what they need.
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of public areas, reception and service areas.
• Interact with guests warmly, professionally and to exceed expectations.
• Vacuum bathrooms, bedrooms, corridors, stairs and lifts; check equipment weekly; use correct cleaning materials.
