Job summary

Grantley Hall in North Yorkshire is seeking a guest-focused front-of-house professional to support restaurant and hotel operations. You will greet guests, assist with reservations, and work alongside the Restaurant Manager and Assistant Manager to run shifts.

• Greet guests (residents and non-residents) and ensure they feel welcome.
• Assist Restaurant Manager and Assistant Manager to run shifts.
• Organise table reservations and greet customers.
• Handle payments and maintain accurate bills.
• Ensure impeccable service for all guests.
• Respond to guest inquiries and reservations when Reservations is unavailable.
• Maintain relationships with colleagues across departments.
• Arrange requested services for guests.
• Adapt to department needs as required by the hotel.”
