Job summary

Greene King is seeking a Team Leader for Chef & Brewer, a collection of pub-restaurants across the UK. You will lead by example, ensuring the shift runs smoothly, the team is supported, and customers remain happy.

You’ll champion high standards, safety, and excellent service in a welcoming, home-away-from-home pub environment. In this role you will deputise for management during busy periods, coordinate staff, and uphold safety and compliance while delivering a warm, memorable guest experience.

Qualifications

• Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience.
• Deputise for the management team and resolve any issues that arise in their absence.
• Help organise and coordinate the team during a busy shift, making sure everything runs like clockwork.
• Make sure the bar is always safe, legal, and clean, and any issues are dealt with as quickly and safely as possible.
