Marston’s is seeking a vibrant Supervisor to lead our pub team and deliver memorable guest experiences. You’ll be responsible for opening/closing, stock and cash handling, and ensuring seamless shifts with the management team. A strong customer focus and the ability to motivate others are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Supervisor or Team Leader role.
• Ability to motivate and lead a pub team to deliver guest experience.
• Proven ability to manage shifts, opening/closing, stock and cash handling.
• Strong customer service focus and initiative.
