Marston’s in Norwich is seeking a Supervisor to lead the pub team and deliver memorable guest experiences. You’ll thrive in a busy, fast-paced, fun environment while supporting the wider management team to run the business smoothly.

You’ll open and close shifts, supervise stock and cash handling, and act as a role model for customer service. The role offers progression via our internal pathway and opportunities to advance to Assistant Manager and beyond.

Formación

• Previous experience in a similar Supervisor or Team Leader role.
• Work with wider pub management team to ensure the business runs efficiently and profitably.
• Opening and closing, stocking, and cashing up.
• Be a role model for customer service.
• Ability to think on the spot and use your initiative.
• Accountable for the smooth running of shifts and for managing all aspects of the pub when the wider management team is away.
