Job summary

Marston’s is seeking a Supervisor to join our pub team and help deliver memorable guest experiences. You’ll lead a busy, varied environment with a focus on teamwork, customer service, and operational excellence. The role offers progression via our internal pathway and a supportive, people-first culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Supervisory or Team Leader role.
• Strong customer service and cash handling abilities.
• Ability to lead a busy, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
