Job summary

Marston’s pub group is seeking a Supervisor to lead a busy, fun team and deliver memorable guest experiences. You’ll motivate staff, guide shifts, and be a role model for service excellence in a lively pub setting.

You’ll also work with the management team to ensure smooth operations, handle opening/closing duties, and support the career pathway toward Assistant Manager roles within Marston’s. A friendly, people-focused culture awaits.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar Supervisor or Team Leader role.
• Ability to think on the spot and use your initiative.
• Accountable for the smooth running of shifts and for managing all aspects of the pub when the wider management team is away.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the team to deliver great guest experiences.
• Work with pub management to run the business efficiently and profitably.
• Open and close, stock, and cash up as part of shifts.
