Job summary

Marston’s is seeking a Supervisor to lead a busy, guest-focused pub team. You’ll be responsible for opening and closing, stock control, and cash handling while ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable visit.

You’ll thrive in a fast-paced, fun environment and will be supported by Marston’s internal career pathways to progress into an Assistant Manager role. Flexible and part-time hours may be available, with a range of staff benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Supervisor or Team Leader role.
• Able to lead a team and manage shifts, opening/closing and cashing up.
• Strong guest service orientation and problem-solving skills.
