Job summary

Marston’s is seeking a Supervisor to join our busy pub team. You’ll lead and motivate staff, deliver exceptional guest experiences and be a role model for service.

You’ll work with the management team to ensure smooth shifts, stock control and cash handling, while upholding Marston’s values in a vibrant, social environment. With our flexible hours and supportive development pathway, you’ll have opportunities to progress into more senior roles.
