Marston’s is seeking a proactive Supervisor to join our pub team in a fast-paced, people-centered environment. You’ll lead and motivate colleagues, open and close shifts, and ensure excellent service that makes guests want to return.

With a track record in supervisory or team-leader roles, you’ll partner with the pub management team to run the operation smoothly, deliver great guest experiences, and model outstanding customer service every shift.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar Supervisor or Team Leader role.
• Ability to lead and motivate a pub team.
• Strong customer service focus and initiative.
• Experience opening/closing, stock and cashing up processes.
• Proven ability to manage shifts when senior staff are away.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the pub team to deliver everyday moments and standout occasions.
• Work with the wider pub management team to run the business efficiently and profitably.
• Open and close shifts, stocking, and cashing up.
• Be a role model for customer service and guest experience.
• Ensure smooth running of shifts and pub operations when management is away.
