Marston's in the heart of the pub scene is seeking a Supervisor to lead our team and deliver memorable moments for guests. You'll support the pub team, ensuring busy shifts run smoothly, and that guests leave with a great impression.

You’ll open and close, manage stock and cash, and be a role model for service. Your initiative and people skills will keep the team motivated, while you collaborate with the management group to run the business efficiently.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Supervisor or Team Leader role.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team in a busy pub environment.
• Strong customer service mindset and initiative.

Responsibilities

• Opening and closing, stocking, and cashing up.

• Ensure the pub runs smoothly during shifts and when management are away.
