Job summary

Marston’s in West Stow is seeking a Supervisor to lead a busy pub team and deliver memorable guest experiences. You will help drive the business with a hands-on approach, opening/closing shifts, stock checks, and cash handling while upholding high service standards.

You’ll thrive in a fast-paced, fun environment with clear career progression and opportunities to move into an Assistant Manager role through our internal pathway.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar Supervisor or Team Leader role.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team to deliver great guest experiences.
• Proven track record of maintaining smooth shifts and cash handling.
