Job summary

Marston’s is seeking a Supervisor to join our Redditch pub team. You’ll lead a busy team, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and support daily operations with confidence.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Supervisor or Team Leader role.
• Ability to manage opening/closing and cashing up.
• Strong customer service focus and guest experience.
• Able to lead a busy, fast-paced team and use initiative.
