Job summary

Marston’s is looking for a Supervisor to join our team at a busy pub in Redditch. You’ll help the team deliver great guest experiences, manage busy periods, and help run service smoothly while staying true to our values.

You’ll lead by example, open and close the pub, supervise cashing up, and support the wider management team to drive smooth operations. We offer flexible hours, training, and clear progression within the Marston’s career pathway.

Qualifications

• Have previous experience in a similar Supervisor or Team Leader role.
• Work with wider pub management team to ensure the business runs efficiently and profitably.
• Opening and closing, stocking, and cashing up.
• Be a role model for customer service.
• Ability to think on the spot and use your initiative.
• Accountable for the smooth running of shifts and for managing all aspects of the pub when the wider management team is away.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Ensure the pub runs smoothly during shifts, including cash handling and stock checks.
• Support opening and closing procedures and maintain high service standards.
• Act as a role model for customer service and team conduct.
