Job summary

Marston’s is seeking a Supervisor to join our pub team. You’ll lead and motivate staff, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and work with the management team to run the business smoothly. The role involves opening/closing, stock management, and cash handling, with a focus on delivering great service.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar supervisor or team leader role.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team to deliver guest experiences.
• Capable of opening/closing, stocking and cashing up.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the pub team to deliver moments of joy and great guest experiences.
• Collaborate with the pub management team to run the business efficiently and profitably.
• Open and close shifts, stock, and cash up accurately.
• Be a role model for customer service and staff conduct.
• Think on your feet and use initiative to resolve issues.
• Ensure smooth running of shifts and cover when management is away.
