Job summary

Marston’s is looking for a Supervisor to lead the team on our busy pub floor and deliver memorable guest experiences. You’ll coach staff, manage opening/closing, stock and cashing up, and partner with the pub management team to keep standards high.

Qualifications

• Has previous experience in a Supervisory or Team Leader role.
• Leads and motivates the pub team to deliver memorable guest experiences.
• Opens, closes, stocks and cashes up with integrity.
• Provides excellent customer service and acts as a role model.
• Thinks on the spot and uses initiative to resolve issues.
• Manages shift operations to ensure a smooth handover when leadership is away.
